La For de Limón Residencial

It has been a long journey but we finally got to destination, La Flor de Limón project is finally completed. Many the obstacles along the way since its beginning: a worldwide crisis that shook the economy in 2008 and the difficulties of building in a third world country with first world aspirations. Even though Costa Rica offers a more stable political and economical environment than other central america's countries, the bureaucracy is sill abundant and complicated, taxes are skyrocketing without any infrastructures improvement, a place where a single signature on a permit can cause a delay of months, where a strikes can leave public offices empty for months.

That's why we are very happy to announce the completion of the project.

Many the perks: beach is just across the street with a direct entrance, near to comercial centers "Los Pueblitos" with their many restaurants, cafes lounge bar, mini market and bakeries besides souvenirs shop, lawyer firms, real estates, property management offices and more. Las Palmas also host Sunday farmer markets with a great variety of product grown and made locally.
